We’ve partnered with ecoTRUS’ and use their “Loft conversion kit” which is a patented steel superstructure that easily opens up the roof space. It enables dormers, gables and balconies to be added with minimal disruption to the home below.

The ecoTRUS system is built on-site then assembled inside the roof space in 1 to 2 days, triangulating the load of the roof, so all truss’ and beams can be removed. ecoTRUS has a UK, European and USA patent filed with installers throughout Europe and New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont.

THE BUILD.

ecoTRUS build your structure off-site to laser accuracy. Everything is loaded onto a lorry and sets off the night before to arrive in the morning.

The ecoTRUS system goes up quicker than you can imagine. Panel by panel, piece by piece, the transformation is then complete.
