At Create Spaces we offer a 360-building service for projects small to large including internal renovations, extensions, loft conversion and new builds.
This means we will support and guide you in making the right decisions from initial on-site consultations right the way through to putting the finishing touches to your perfect space.
Adam has been building beautiful spaces since the tender age of 17 and has extensive knowledge on all aspects of building and a passion for using alternative building methods including ecoTrus & SIP’s. Together with his strong team of 9, who are experts in their fields from Groundworkers, Bricklayers, Roofers and Carpenters to name a few, they have a vast wealth of construction knowledge.

Yes we do. Each project either starts with an on-site meeting to start your design process or you may already have architectural drawings which we can discuss on site ready for us to submit for costing.

Absolutely we offer a non-obligation budget advice service which you can book through our website. You can either book a face-to-face meeting in our studio in Horsham or virtually.

The design timeline falls in line with the build timeline, so we ensure we work out all the details to the same schedule as the build.

Our payment terms are calculated in % payments divided in the total duration of the project. We also operate on a retention which you hold back until all work complete and signed off as satisfactory.

We hold full Public Liability and Employer's Liability insurance; We also have Indemnity insurance on selected projects.

Yes, we guarantee our work for 5 years. All our specialist contractors for instance electricians, plumbers etc are all fully insured and details provided upon booking.
