Virtual Interior Design is convenient and flexible and is an efficient alternative to our traditional full-service projects.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our virtual design service works in the following order:
A 30min concept meeting via Teams to discuss how you would like to use each room.
Each room will get designed with an overall mood board, floorplan and design plan to allow you to create your perfect design yourself.
We will send you a room tracker will all your sourcing linked.
If required samples will be sourced and submitted.
We allow for 1 revision and any additional revisions will be charged at £60p/h

Any interior space can be designed through the virtual design service.

We’d love to see what your dream home looks like. You start with filling out a questionnaire on our website which covers details on your project, budget and timeline and asks for a min of 3 photos to be sent of your ideal space per room.
Logistically, we will need your onsite assistance to obtain measurements of your space to ensure our drawings are to scale for your implementation.

We provide a transparent pricing structure, based on the room type and sizing of the space. Prices start from £560+ VAT.

Our standard timeline typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks.

Your collaboration style is entirely customisable. As your dedicated design team, we adapt to your preferences and work in the manner that suits you best. Some clients prefer active participation, engaging in discussions and providing input at every step. We also have clients who prefer a more hands-off approach due to time constraints or other reasons. Regardless, part of our expertise involves pushing the boundaries of design. This means gently nudging you beyond your comfort zone and presenting new, exciting design elements that you may have never been exposed to before. Trust us when we say that embracing this process will yield incredible results.

We do have clients who look to us for just design mainly due to location from the build team. We do not source other builders outside of Create Spaces apart from specialist subcontractors. If you have a particular builder that you prefer to work with, we can accommodate this, however, note the combination of build and interior design in house makes a big difference in the overall running of your project.
